“Peaking Cycle” - Long term training guide to make sure we stay on track to be ready and healthy for the races/events that matter the most to you!
Collaborative scheduling so we can work together on picking races, and planning around life events that can make training difficult (i.e. family vacations, holiday travel, work trips etc.)
Open Communication through call/text/email to make sure we adjust around unforeseen challenges that come up in life!
Intentional Communication through a weekly review to make sure we stay on the same page with where you are at and where we are trying to go!
Athlete Promotion: We will share all results on our social media because every athlete and every race matters to us!
Coaching Plans Cost: Keep it simple! $100/month Flat Rate!
Currently we use two Spreadsheet Formats:
1.) The Flexible Plan: Great for adult athletes who have a busy and maybe unpredictable schedule, for people who are already used to planning their own training some!
2.) Day by Day Plan: Great for new athletes, athletes looking for extra accountability, or athletes who want the simplicity of knowing exactly what to do each day!
